“The staff was verry pleasant. The property is well maintained and very clean. I enjoy walking in the morning before the heat and stopping by the turtle pond. Unfortunately when we stayed the pools were not open and it was very hot. I would definitely recommend this property and I will return when they open the pools. Very family friendly, but also quiet if your looking for peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the King one bedroom suite was very large. Grocery and liquor store nearby.……

“It was very nice. I did have an issue with the TV in the down stairs bedroom did not want to come on. And when I wanted to extend my stay by 1 night I was told by the resort I would have to go through Hotels.com and when I did go through Hotels.com I was told I had to go through the resort. When I went through the resort I was told they are booked hp and not extending any stays. Why couldn't they have said that start with instead of a run around that I was given.”

“Clean, pretty, and serene”

“We had one concern about the carpet in our unit. 501C. The carpet had stains that was very noticeable. Would suggest cleaning. Also we noticed one of the pillow covers that was in the bag used for the couch had blood stains. To my knowledge I didn't do it. Just wanted to give a heads up. We REALLY enjoy staying on this property. Thanks”

“It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. ”
