The room was very nice and very clean. The only thing i didnt like was the door opened to the outside. I tried to call before i booked to check on thus but no one answered. We were only staying one night so it wasn't that big a deal. Would only stay here again if i could have an interior room

The first room we got put in had the worst mold/mildew/smoke smell I've ever encountered at a hotel. I had to complain and they thankfully switched us rooms. The hotels back building is basically a motel, the breakfast has the least amount of food/drink choices I've ever seen, and everyone smokes in or right outside the rooms even though itheir non smoking rooms and their not supposed to smoke on the balconies. But nothing is done to stop them. Dont stay here unless your on a serious budget and can deal with all this.

Enjoyed the stay, but floors in room needed to be deep cleaned. Just walking around in room for maybe 5 minutes, bottoms of my feet were totally black.

I love the location, we were able to walk to many things nearby for food and entertainment. The 24 hour access to the pool and hot was amazing. For it to be a hotel that is set up to accommodate families it was very quiet. My only complaint was the cleanliness in the room. When we arrived there was popcorn on the floor next to one bed and the comforters on both beds had what looked like lipstick stains on them. The bathroom however was very clean.

Check in went terrible, they said they couldn’t tell on the system if our room was clean or not so they sent someone to check, apparently that person didn’t take their master key so they couldn’t get in the room it was a whole ordeal. After about 25-30 minutes of this song and dance we got our room. Other than the dramatic dry shampoo smell up and down all the hallways, everything else was decent. They have a long way to go on all fronts, appears to possibly be a new ownership group so maybe in a few months they’ll have it together.

Complementary breakfast was terrible, it consisted of pancakes, waffles oatmeal cereal, very disappointing, peanut butter other than that everything was great.

Room decor was old, small tv for size of room, bed was comfy. We called for room service it took forever and the lady who delivered it said sorry it took so long I couldn’t find your room. Oh I may of missed it when booking the room but there is an additional $45 resort fee when you arrive.

This hotel was pretty different than than it was when I stayed 5 years ago. Not in a good way. It started with the first receptionist I see, asking a second receptionist if she wanted to check me in, to which the second receptionist replied in a mumbled tone "no". The first receptionist laughed while the second slowly walked to me to get me checked in. When she asked for my I.D. she spent about a full minute holding it up and looking back and fourth between my I.D. photo and me, ultimately telling her co-worker that she didn't think we looked the same. For context, it's about a year old photo and I am the same height, weight, hair style... I look the same as I do in the photo. So then I was hit with a $15 "resort fee", which is the BS way a hotel can post a lower price online and once you're at the property, squeeze you for a little more. most people will just pay it because they are already there and locked in. What's even worse is they gave us these paper bracelets that we were told we had to wear the entire time we were on the property, which I have never seen at some run of the mill hotel. The layout of the hotel is very strange. you have to walk up a flight of stairs from the parking lot just to get to an elevator. The room would be more appropriate for a hotel about half the price of this one. not enough lights for the room, yet the ones they had were extremely harsh and white. Small tv, tv stand was falling apart. bathroom would trigger claustrophobia in some people.

Had to wait a long time to check in. Hotel in need of repairs/upgrades. Room not very clean, mold in the bathroom. Found live roach. Will not stay here again.
