Incredible newly rehabbed 1-bedroom condo for up to 4 guests with a water view. Guests will love this downtown location, which is only half a mile from Branson Landing and the charming downtown shops of Branson. Just the right size for a small family. Enjoy a King Bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a private deck facing Roark Creek. Bring your canoe or Kayak and float to Taneycomo Lake. Enjoy Free Wifi and Streaming TVs!

As our guest, you'll enjoy all-access amenities at Roark Creek. Take a dip in the indoor pool or bask in the sun at the seasonal outdoor pool, complete with a Lift Assist Chair for convenience. Relax in the Cabana with comfortable seating and a Firepit, and stay fit at the fully equipped gym. Kids can have fun in the fenced outdoor play area, and boating fans will appreciate the nearby boat launch. Great Location

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location was great near the Landing and everything else was close by. Would definitely stay again!

Good Overall but

The building and property were nice. The condo was clean and the balcony was wonderful with the wicker rockers. However, there was no kitchen trashcan (I had to ask for one) and, other than the kitchen, there were no other amenities. Meaning no hairdryer, no iron, nothing that is typically in a condo when we rent. So if you are going to rent this room, you will love it but take your own supplies for health and beauty because all they supply is dishes.

Very clean

Perfect spot. Very clean. Loved this place. Creak out back was a perfect get away. Soooo close to the landing and everywhere we love to go. Highly recommend a kitchen trash can and hangers for the closet. Other than that definitely a perfect place. Thank you!!

Good spot for the money

We have stayed here before and are return customers. It’s conveniently located to Highway 76–all the Brandon shows, as well as Branson Landing and the less touristy parts of Branson. We didn’t visit Table Rock or Taneycomo on this trip, but those are not far either. My biggest complaints are more suggestions…a kitchen trash can would be great, some hooks in the bathroom for towels, and hangers in the closet would have been helpful. BUT, it’s clean, easy check-in/out, plenty of parking, the river runs behind the condos for nice sound in the evening, and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks!
