Staff was very friendly and always helpful if you needed anything. Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. It is a older property that they have been renovating. The location is great right in the middle of the entertainment district. There is a very nice hot breakfast every morning. Breakfast has waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, toast, several cereals. Price was good for this area and a good value.

When we got there a sign said they stepped away for a minute to help someone we waiting 20 minutes finally called them to check us in the next day we went to breakfast and they had put breakfast up at 8:00 they didn't let her know we was there.the breakfast lady was awesome!

We were greeted as we entered lobby. Staff checked us in quickly. Our room was clean and so was bathroom area. Room had TV and nice small refrigerator to keep drinks and any food items cold. Our key card quit working and staff at front counter reprogrammed a couple new ones us. One thing that was a bit of inconvenience was ice machine was on opposite end on hotel and vending machines with drinks were not located together with snack machines. There is a very nice hot breakfast with waffles,eggs, sausage, biscuits, and various cereals. Staff is friendly and helpful. We received a good rate for our stay. Overall I recommend it as a great place to relax and enjoy a good nights rest.

The staff was pleasant. Pictures are misleading. Our room was nothing like what’s being shown. The room was very dark, dingy, and outdated. Did not feel welcoming. Hair in the bathroom and shower. Fingerprints on the mirror. Towels had stains. Just didn’t feel clean. Beds were so uncomfortable. Didn’t eat breakfast. Positive was that it was a cheap price. Guess you get what you paid for.

We booked this hotel last minute and it was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Have two small children, it was a safe environment for them. I always check for bugs at any place we stay at, the rooms were spotless. I definitely recommend this hotel🙂

Breakfast was supposed to be 7a-9a, there was no breakfast not even coffee. There was never anyone at the desk. Our room had a door that let the door next to it and the room next ours was open the entire time with the latch in the door so it could have been opened by anyone. The bathroom had tape around the ceiling from painting that was never taken down. The tiles were moved and not in the right spots in the ceiling. Our key stopped working the first night. They could only make one key which was inconvenient for me and my spouse. The plug ins for chargers weren’t safe due the fact that outlet moved around and was pushed in each time you tried to plug something in. The towels had stains on them from being used over and over. It wasn’t the best place to stay but it could have been worse I suppose

Excellent per friendly place. Close to everything. We traveled 5 adults, 1 child and 5 dogs. An unusual trip for us, but only possible if we could bring pets. Its not new, but very accommodating and friendly, decent breakfast especially when consider its free. Neighborhood felt safe even when walking dogs. Definitely would stay here again.

Our first room had a view of a brick wall. We had to ask for towels when we checked in and then again the next day. The room was never serviced, trash was not taken out or beds made or bathroom cleaned. The 3rd night we were moved to a different room, but the beds in both rooms might have had a 5 inch mattress on them..not at all comfortably. The frig in the second room did not work, my husband is diabetic and we needed one for his meds. They changed it out with the one from our first room. One positive thing i guess. Breakfast was the same thing every morning only they were out of something different each day syrup being one for waffles. All i will say you get what you pay for, but not really. It was not a hotel and Motel 6 would have been better that was right down the road. Its about a 50 a night room if you just need a place to sleep one night. By our 4th night we were both living on Advil for our bodies from the bed..
