4-BD WALK-IN~ Large 2,600 square ft Villa~Large Deck, Pool🏊, Golf⛳ (V120)

Amazing amenities are included with this beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 bath private villa at Branson Hills Golf and Country Club. Walk to the outdoor pool and tennis courts, play championship golf, or work up a sweat in the fitness center. All of these activities are just outside your door and you are just a few minutes to all of Branson's activities.

This large 2,600 sq ft private villa has 4 King Bed Suites, each with it's own HDTV and attached bathroom. Each bathroom features a double vanity with a large mirror and beautiful stone tile step in showers. The large open space living area features a huge kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances and utensils. Eat at the breakfast bar or the dining room with seating for 8. Relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching the 55" HDTV above it. The open living room is a great gathering place with a wet bar and adjoining outside deck. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well as several additional chairs. wood floors, a work desk with a windows computer and more. The 30 ft outside deck is very private and has a propane grill, patio table and plenty of chairs. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Ozarks outdoors. The villa has free WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking in front. There are 3 steps leading up to the front door and no steps in the villa and a handicapped accessible bathroom with grab bars and a step-in shower.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there are a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.

Great Condo Lots of Privacy

Beautiful, great location, clean & broken fireplace that didn’t get fixed while there.

We fell in love with this villa. So pretty with a great location. We were a little disappointed that the gas fireplace was broken because having a fir would have made it just that much better, but we understand it was the day before Thanksgiving & they were short handed so couldn’t get it fixed. Just to let management know the handle on the canoed in on of the bathrooms is broken. Also, there’s a beautiful rug in the living room that slide around on the slick wooden floors. A couple of us almost fell because it bunches up. A pad is really needed underneath that rug. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank We will be papa

Roomy, comfy stay for a group

We were a group of adult siblings plus spouses getting together so the layout of this his house was perfect for us so that we all had plenty of room together in the common spaces and privacy for bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the covered deck overlooking the woods out back. Great place to chat, drink coffee, etc. We enjoyed seeing birds, including a group of turkeys, and hearing the tree frogs at night. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way enough to feel relaxed, but located so that it is easy to get out and go anywhere in Branson. There was nice space to park two cars across the road that went with the house. The beds, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable, and with the large showers we all felt like we had a luxurious weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house.

Perfect condo for 4 couples

We are 4 couples of college friends who meet every other year for a vacation. We chose Branson this year. This condo was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Location is perfect all the sites of in Branson.

Extended family vacation

Our family of 4 plus my parents and brother stayed here for a week. It was lovley. The home is far enough away from the main "drag" in branson so you can enjoy the peace and nature of the Ozarks but close enough to do everything. There was lots of room for us to spread out, and a great kitchen for cooking. The pool was also a nightly stop. Thank you for the stay!!

Great Vacation Home-Great Management Company

Upon arrival on Christmas Day, we discovered there was no running water. Daniel sent maintenance within minutes. The city was going to have to repair the waterline the next morning so Daniel moved us to another property overnight. Once the line was repaired, Daniel contacted us and offered us two extra days at the property. This Villa was all we had hoped it would be. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation all the more with the two extra days we were able to spend in Branson. Daniel quickly took care of the situation and neutralized what could have been a vacation ruining moment. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Branson, MO. Dreams2reality Vacations management company efficiently handled a difficult situation.

Great Property-Great Neighborhood

Upon arrival we discovered there was no running water on the property. We used Alexa to get in touch with Maintenance. They quickly sent someone out Christmas night and when a leak was discovered, they put us up in another property overnight. We were able to move back to our chosen property the next morning. Daniel extended our stay by two days to make up for the inconvenience of having to move. This made our stay much more relaxed with more time to enjoy all Branson has to offer. The property was large enough that while we had our own space, we had a great room to gather and enjoy each other’s company. It was a wonderful Christmas Vacation for us and my daughter and her family!

Wonderful House. Very Clean!

We had 4 couples stay and there was plenty of room. The house was really clean and inviting. The location is close enough to Branson that it was easy to get to everything, but we didn’t have to deal with the noise and traffic. We will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, spacious, clean, and delightful!

We really loved this spot! Just 10 minutes from the Branson strip but a welcome respite from the chaos of downtown. We did have an issue with the ac the last day and when they were unable to fix it late at night they refunded some of our money. Overall a great spot for our group of 2 parents, 2 au pairs, and 2 kids!

Family vacation

We brought our adult children and their significant others to Branson for a wonderful getaway. We loved the home. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a huge plus. The open family room was perfect for playing games and enjoying each other’s company. Just a short trip to everything that we had planned for our trip. I also enjoyed quiet mornings out on the back deck. Highly recommend!
