The hotel and hotel staff were great. I later learned that the concierge desk is a separate entity. They are Relentless about selling timeshares! I was awaken with a phone call at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and later that evening I was called no less than six times by one person trying to get me to attend a timeshare seminar. I tried to extend my stay and was told that I could not do this without attending this seminar. He was trying to ask me very personal questions about my life and financial situation. I later found out from the manager of the hotel that he would be reprimanded, and that he is not a part of the actual Hotel staff. Be aware of the concierge desk!

I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We really were only here for our room so we didn't try the pool there, or basically anything else except for our room. We had a super smooth check in. Everyone was extremely friendly to us. The only thing I did not like was the timeshare piece. It was all for deep discounts on entertainment. If I'm on vacation, I already bought those things so it's useless for me. But it is what it is, either way it was done and we moved on. Although, I did feel a bit pressured. We stayed in the 1 bedroom studio. It had a small kitchen, living room, dining around, HUGE Jacuzzi tub, and a great bed. I found everything to be very clean. It was close to the Branson strip. It was honestly perfect. I would 100% recommend and would be back again!

The first unit had ants in the kitchen and bedroom and in front room, so they were nice enough to move us to another room, only to have the bedroom area be very cold with the thermostat turned up while the living room and kitchen area was warm, perhaps a problem with there hvac. My family has stayed there multiple times over the past years, now we will look elsewhere.

I love that is right off the strip. Shopping and restaurants are very close by. Routes around the strip are very close by. Love the property, pretty quiet for the most part. Employees are great.

Just average. Could use updating. Maintenance should be done on the very noisey bathroom fans and the squeaky dryer. Otherwise things were ok.

While it wasn't quiet, it was very clean, comfortable, and worth the money. There were only two real downsides, the parking situation was horrendous. My is disabled and we had to oark away from our unit nealy every time, there is no assigned parking for units. The other ding, the elevator wouldn't go down to the business office, we reported it, but it wasn't fixed in the four days we were there. Grat room, grat pool, great value.
