Property was kept well. Although hot water system did not work properly. Hot water would come and go. Also Fireplace did not work. Nighttime lows were still in the 40s. Property was comtacted vefore our arrival and asked if there were cookimg utensils in kitchen and we were assured there was. Upon arrival there were no cooking utensils instock.

We read some not so good reviews after booking our stay, but most were not accurate. they do push the time share agenda, but this is to be expected. our room was great very clean and same goes for the rest of the property.

Area was well kept..room was clean and everything in great shape. Pools were open and were clean with plenty of chairs and lounge chairs. Game room was fun with a nice variety..mini golf in great shape and fun! My daughter and I had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our visit. You did not need to leave the property-food and amenities were abundant. We rented a boat and the staff were helpful. Communication was easy and up to date with activities and weather alerts.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom lakefront room. It was more like a 1 bedroom apartment and was very spacious! It had a full kitchen with the basics to make a meal and do dishes. You must provide your own toiletries and only figured that out by going to their website and do some digging. Parking was a little tight and we had to park down from our building which wasn’t a big deal. Mini golf was nice as was the pool - albeit the water was pretty cold. The only downside we had was during check in. They are building a new indoor water park and the concierge asked if we wanted to tour it and get paid. She said it was not a timeshare but everything points to the fact it was. When we declined she was pushy on trying to get us to sign up. We had to decline a total of 4 times as we were there to celebrate kids birthday and not do that. She didn’t really seem to care. The check in lady was not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed we came in and had booked through a third party.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size, design and gorgeous views from our unit . The pools and outdoor playground were great! My family enjoyed the free lake amenities and the walking distance to food as well! Check in process was a breeze and truly enjoyed this amazing resort! Already planning our next trip!

I hate leaving bad reviews but the photos on the site are extremely deceiving. When we arrived my husband and I thought we had missed a turn because the resort looked extremely rundown. I understand it was built in the 70s and clearly most of it has not been updated since. The pools were very small and the rooms were extremely outdated and to be quite frank… gross. We cut our time short and only stayed one night instead of three because we were so uncomfortable there. To be honest, we weren’t even trying to get a refund and we didn’t. We just wanted to get out of there. Upon arrival, there was what looked to be pubic hair in the shower. Which literally had me gagging. The floors were dirty, and there was dust all over our room. They also advertise no pets, but there was a man there with a German Shepherd with no leash and he clearly had no control over it. I wasn’t super comfortable with this as I have a four-year-old and a one-year-old. I will say the people working were very friendly. They also have an indoor waterpark or some type of rainforest thing that they’ve been working on for I think like 10 years. It literally looks like somebody abandoned an old waterpark and just left it in the middle of the resort. I wanted to write this review to caution anybody wanting to stay there based on what you see online it really isn’t what you’re getting so do your research.

Great stay, we even added an extra night! That said, the walls and floor are thin and if you have loud rude neighbors it can be a pain. The game room also needs some love and maintenance. Overall it was great and we will return!

When they first sent me to the concierge desk to sell me on the 90 min timeshare, I thought it was going to be one of those high sales pressure operations- from another resort I received countless emails and phone calls for a year after our trip. I told the guy I was here to relax and would never be interested in a time share. He said okay, showed me where all of the amenities were and how to get to my room. I never heard another word about it. The room was amazing- the lake was amazing- the staff is friendly- the activities were fun- DEFINITELY going back.

Found a live roach the first night and our neighbors above us wanted to play a speaker on their balcony above us till midnight then stumbled around being very loud once they went inside for a few more hours and the room beside us was no better they had 3 or 4 kids and let them cry until midnight about every night for the 3 nights we were there was not a good experience having my 1 year old that is on a schedule have to be woke up every time she fell asleep from very loud people all around us seems more like a party place than anything would bot recommend and will not be back
