Honest Review—Important for Future Guests
I had a reservation at Stonebridge Village Resort for 3/18/25 to 3/22/25, and while the location was very convenient to SDC and the grounds were lovely, I found bed bugs in my room. I immediately informed the facility, and while they responded promptly, it took many texts and phone calls to get to a final resolution. At first, they were willing to upgrade my room, but would not refund me for a very inconvienent night. In the end they refunded the majority of my money and did not penalize me for canceling without any more trouble.
This was a frustrating experience, as cleanliness and guest well-being should be a top priority. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and properly address it for future guests. I hope to see improvements, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
