“Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. We were in the area to meet up with friends, and didn’t plan on doing any cooking at the apartment, and that was a shame. The appliances were brand new, including the 6 burner gas stove. We did use the coffee pot and the refrigerator, but ate out every meal. Rick has supplied a great……

“This is an old triplex building. As such, everything in the apartment is crooked and uneven - the stairs, floors, and walls. It is 5-below and garage sale appointed.It was clean - so clean the smell of pine sole was overwhelming for the entire stay. Plenty of towels. But bring your own pillows and blankets because what’s there is low quality.Good communication with manager.Neighborhood is low-income. Police activity kept us awake at night. The surrounding streets had thrown trash.”

“I enjoyed my stay and my time at the property. It was conveniently located to all of the different areas I was visiting. The home was very nice and well furnished with a nice shower and soft beds. As somebody who is a hot sleeper, I appreciated the inclusion of multiple types of fans available in the bedroom closet. My only note on the stay was that the neighborhood does come across as a little rough around the edges, but I didn’t have any problems at all during the stay. Would visit again. ”

“We stayed in town for a wedding, and we had a beautiful stay. The unit was clean and modern, and the area is so cute- very walkable, and included parking was a huge plus. The only downside was the noise coming from the rooftop restaurant and the pedestrian traffic from the streets.”

“The place was nice and clean. It is an addition to someone’s home so you can hear them through the walls which is slightly annoying since I woken up by it. We were really nervous to make noise and disturb them so it did not feel private. Kitchen is just as it shows in the listing and there is coffee and a mini fridge. All you need if you don’t cook. You need to wash dishes and mugs in the bathroom sink. Polite owners. ”

“My husband and I had to relocate after staying at the property for one week of our two week stay. The furniture in the property was substandard which severely aggravated a previous injury of my husbands. We relocated to a nearby hotel costing us over 800. There was little mention of the 3 flights of stairs to gain entrance to the property. With my husbands injury had we known about this we would have passed on this one. “My wife and I came out for our families wedding. The penthouse is awesome and perfect location. Be careful though it it rains. There are many areas inside the penthouse that leak water from the ceiling onto the carpet/ground. Otherwise, we loved it. ”
