“Our experience at this remarkable property was truly wonderful. The high-grade grill allowed us to enjoy delectable meals, while the host's communication was outstanding. The house was immaculately maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The fishing pond and fire pit were fantastic amenities, and the grandchildren had a blast playing ping pong, swinging, ziplining - every moment was enjoyable. We look forward to returning next year, having made many fantastic memories.Thank you!”

The house was perfect for my elderly in-laws who love to come to Coles Creek state park camping, but struggle with the whole tent camping experience. The only downfall they mentioned was the house is right next to a bridge. When trucks go over the bridge it is very loud and scared their cat into hiding every time; it sounds like a gunshot. Otherwise, it was great and we will……

“Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam.”

“Very nice stay, could be improved with a few inexpensive minor changes- an additional towel rack in the bathroom, more implements in the kitchen, instructions for use of some of the extras and appliances, and some warning about the fact that you can't park on the street overnight. Also a chair on night stand in each bedroom.”

“Host wouldn't answer any questions until the week of our stay, hot tub was green and unusable when we arrived, host refused to come out or have someone treat it. We were told we would get a partial refund for that but didn't. Ended up shocking the water ourselves. There was a bottle marked E-coli in the refrigerator so we were afraid to use it. The fridge and oven were visibly filthy. The house smelled so bad of dog we had to buy scented candles and air freshener to stay. There were not enough……
