“This was our family’s first exploration of the Potsdam area. Beth’s Place had great access to the four colleges in the area (all of which we visited), the locks at Massena, and a wonderful hike in Colton. So much to see in the area! The weather didn’t cooperate for us to kayak in April, but the views on the river were exquisite, especially from our private hot tub. The hot tub was one of the draws to this property & the perfect temperature was a great ending to our busy days.Beth’s Place is……

“This family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is surrounded by trees with a beautiful view of the St. Regis river which you can hear throughout the cabin. There are lovely hiking trails around the property (I believe about 4 miles of trails). The cabin is cozy and warm. The weather for our stay was a bit too chilly to enjoy the screened in porch but I imagine in warmer weather it would be a lovely place to sit. There is no TV (the Wifi works great) so bring a book or game. The……

“Immaculate home with an amazing scenic overlook. From Start To Finish communication with Gerald was outstanding. Probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The home is well equiped with everything that you could ever need and more. Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer.”

“Follow a gps and it will take you right to the Cabin on the River. The hundreds of geese flying into the river was a real treat. Just beautiful to see. We brought my 91 year old Mother who enjoyed this cozy spot. We would love to come back again and bring our teenage grandkids for fly fishing. ”

“We booked this amazing property for a 60th birthday & Girls trip to get away from the men & boys in our lives! It was perfect!!! There is so much room. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We could all comfortably sit in the living room, sit at the table & with only moving one chair around the fire pit on the porch. Any question or concern we had was promptly addressed by Shane. We throughly enjoyed our trip and had already started planning our return with some of the families next year!!!……
