“Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner……

“We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. “great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. “They canceled my trip few days before I was supposed to arrive. I have to find a new location which wasn't very easy. Not nice. I checked the website and the property was still available to rent and got no explanation for that.”

“On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. I ordered some food and I was offered microwave chicken and raw fish where I ordered a glass of wine , I was only offered a full bottle. Upon asking……
