“I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . ”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”

“這次入住單人房，設備很新，有冷氣、保險箱，旅館人員英語流利，態度也很友善。額外好處是床很舒適，每天都睡很好。唯一缺點是沐浴空間不是完全密閉，用完難免地上有些積水，小問題”

“Pro: 近車站、老城區，啤酒館，地點好。 飯店室內裝潢美，櫃檯接待態度好面帶笑容。 Con: 水和咖啡只有入住時有，沒每天補 浴廁要走小樓梯下樓使用。 蓮蓬頭壞掉，水只有一半。有跟櫃檯通知，但沒修好。”

“The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our only problem was the only elevator broke and was unusable the morning of our departure. The six flights were steep and circular and very disturbing for two older travelers. The desk man did go up for our luggage but I had to go up as well for additional items. We came to understand why they asked us our preference for floors. I would recommend choosing a lower floor….but would……

“Schönes und sauberes Hotel,welches echt gut gelegen ist. Praktisch das KFC und BurgerKing sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt daneben ist. Leider war eine so große Reisegruppe da,dass man nach Ihnen beim Frühstück nur noch Reste bekommen hat und Kaffee aus einem Pappbecher getrunken werden musste. Auf ein Auffüllen hat man vergebens gewartet.”

“酒店位於車站旁邊，若需要乘坐歐洲之星前往其他國家是不錯的選擇，但離景點約20分鐘步程，沿途環境頗為雜亂，建議夜晚回酒店時乘坐地鐵比較安全。 房間空間大，景觀開揚，美中不足的是梳化有破損而未有處理，影響外觀，洗手間整潔。”
