“Very nice and friendly reception. In general was comfortable to stay. I give 8 out of 10.”

“Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time……

“I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury……

“酒店很近舊城區，地點方便，酒店新裝修，和圖片相似，但酒店房有假天花，有老鼠叫，雖然老鼠是不會走到房間裏的，但有少少恐怖。早餐簡單，不過這個價錢算合理，床上面的被單，是有毛粒的那一種，質素比較差。酒店整體還可以，前台和其他工作人員都非常熱心幫助我們，我們語言不通但他們熱心幫我們叫的士，真的很多謝他們，很熱心。”

“1. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly. 2. The room was too small for the price. 3. The staff's behavior towards customers was unsatisfactory. 4. There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy. 5. The breakfast options were limited. ”

“Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family.”

“古いホテルですが、清潔度は悪くなかったです。ただゴキブリの兄弟達がいたので星を一つ下げました。 お湯の蛇口は壊れかけていましたが使えないわけではないので許容範囲内でした。 夕食の提供はありませんが、ホテルの人に言えばメニューが貰えて好きなものを買ってきてもらえます。 大通りに面している割には静かでよく寝られました。”

“The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor……
