Wake up to incredible views over the pond and the gentile trickle of the blue river just past your balcony. Everything you could want in a ski condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 and Maggie Pond. Shopping, restaurants, pool, hot tubs, ski storage and world class skiing.

Fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. This is a beautiful condo with granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you will have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer.

I am always available if you need me.

This condo is located at the base of Peak 9 only feet from the Quicksilver Super Chair and the kids ski school. It is also right in the heart of The Village at Breckenridge and only a 5 minute walk to Main Street.

every place we went on property was extremely clean and well kept. The room also was very clean and enjoyable. The only improvement for us would have been slightly warmer outside Jacuzzi temperatures. All the staff we came across were very pleasant and helpful, as well

Late Season Escape

We thought an efficiency would be a little small, but there are so many amenities at the resort and a few steps away in town that we were never in the room anyway. The property had a well-appointed kitchen and private shower and toilet areas. It was perfect for us.

One night stay

The check in people were less than helpful. They clearly catered to the people they rented directly vs those that go through VRBO. Sent us in circles a few times but we managed. The property was fine. The beds were comfortable. Parking wasn’t at the same building. Difficult to drop off luggage and gear.

Close Convenient and Clean!

The room and our stay was perfect! It was ski-in definitely and a very short walk to the Quicksilver lift - extremely convenient! The place was was clean - including the kitchen - and the shower ROCKED! Great experience for my and my two sons!

Ski Breck

Excellent location and overall property. The resort staff has a bias towards VRBO guests, the passive-aggressive attitude starts as soon as they realize that is how you booked. The unit was not clean, broken towel rack (in pieces on the counter) missing light bulbs, dirty pool towels in the closet floor, dirty bath towel on back of toilet rm door. VRBO host very good, responded quickly. Parking was mandated to bldg down the street only accessible by going outside and walking.

Great Stay

We only stayed for one night up in Breck, but it’s the perfect location for access into town and anything you’d need. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out.

Short visit to hike Quandary

There’s nothing better than not having to car camp before hiking a 14er! This place is so close to the Quandary trail head. Plus a hot tub for after the hike! Easy breezy stay.

Excellent Location

Bad communication

The soon as we got to the front desk the receptionist wasn’t able to find our reservation she has to call someone to find it then she wasn’t able to give directions of where the room was located since it was in a different building I left some items in the room and I tried to send a message to the person and I did not get any response I wouldn’t recommend the place
