As you enter, you'll immediately be struck by the cozy ambiance that exudes a genuine ski town feel. The suitably stocked kitchen welcomes you with open arms, boasting a full array of glassware, dishware and cooking utensils to help you whip up your favorite home-cooked meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply looking to enjoy a homey dinner, this kitchen has you covered. It comes complete with all the essential appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. Savor your creations at the countertop bar, featuring high-top seating for four, creating the perfect setting for family meals or intimate dinners.
After a day of exploring the great outdoors, you'll relish the chance to unwind in the inviting living area. Sink into the plush leather couch or loveseat, where you can watch a DVD on the TV or lose yourself in a captivating novel. The gas fireplace exudes a warm, welcoming glow, adding an extra layer of comfort and making you feel right at home, no matter the season.

Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
For an added dose of relaxation and recreation, guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex. Here, you'll find an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a sun tanning area to top off your mountain experience (Please note, seasonal access subject to Spring/Fall closures).
