Snowflake Lodge: Hot Tub & Ski In/Out

Fantastic location near the heart of Breck. Minutes to downtown shops/dining yet perfectly situated in a cul-de-sac in the peaceful Snowflake Neighborhood. Walk across the street and ski down to Beaver Run base area.

6 bedrooms/6.5 bathrooms over 3 levels, this is a perfect modern property for groups (occupancy 20). The main living space features an airy and open layout with chef's kitchen and dining seating for twenty. 5681 sq ft total. Two living areas, a pool table, wet bar and hot tub.

Walkable to town - approximately 20 minutes. Summer allows walking to town along a mountain hiking trail. (Note the walk back to the house will be uphill).

Great summer location!
• Hiking trail across the street connects to all trails on the mountain as well as up to Sawmill Reservoir, a peaceful, beautiful area where moose often hang out.

Simple check-in and check-out!

Ski out access: There is a path across from our driveway that will take you through the trees to a ski run where you will ski out to the Beaver Run lift on Peak 9

Ski in access: Ski towards Beaver Run from the C-Chair on Peak 9. The run will flatten out. On your left will be the Snowflake run to bring you back to the Snowflake Lift. Do not take this run, ski past it and there will be another run on your left marked as "ski back to Grand Timber" This run will bring you back to the blue house across the street from us, where you will walk through a brief trail in the trees to the road and back across the street to the house.

* Ski out access is not available when peak 9 is closed. Ski in may still be available if there is adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens for Thanksgiving and closes mid-late April. It is the guest's responsibility to know mountain lift and terrain statuses.

Other things to note:

Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:

> The minimum age of the primary renter must be at least 25.
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft.
> There is no air conditioning.
> The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
> Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> Events that exceed the maximum overnight occupancy are prohibited.
> Weddings are not permitted here, no matter how micro they may be.

Lovely and fully-stocked home.

We had a great stay at this house. Plenty of room with 4 families. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and the home was beautiful. Would recommend and stay here again!

Fabulous place

Very nice place that was perfect for our family stay. Ski in and out was located just off of peak 9 making it very convenient. The house was beautiful with large bedrooms for everyone.

Perfect Skiing Holiday House

It was the perfect spot for our family holiday. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living areas were cozy, and the views were breathtaking. Everyone had plenty of space to relax, and the location made it easy to explore Breckenridge's attractions.

Great house and perfect for well behaved families

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge staying at this home. The large room connected to the kitchen was perfect for hanging out and watching football during the bowl games. The skin and ski out was a little difficult to figure out but once you did it one time it was easy. We were also able to Uber back-and-forth to Breckenridge for dinner and such. I wish there was a shuttle service like other ski towns, but that’s not this properties fault. there were some minor issues that I think the previous guest had created such as a shower door being broken, but the repair and maintenance management company was on the ball and very responsive to any need. The gas grill worked great for us cooking out one night and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We had three normal size families and had plenty of room combining kids together. I would rent this house again and highly suggest it to anyone looking for a great time.
