Summary:
VIP Shuttle Service. This 4 bedroom+den+bonus room/5 bathroom with plenty of sleeping options is nestled next to the best mountain biking and hiking trails in the county. Post-and-beam construction frame the breathtaking mountain and ski area views. Modern open kitchen with high end finishes and everything you could want to prepare a meal for a large group. Perfect for family reunions or multiple families looking to get away for the perfect ski vacation.

The Space:
Sleeping:
MAIN LEVEL Bedroom 1- on main floor with queen bed and full size bathroom right outside of this bedroom (sleeps 2);

UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 2 - on upper level with a king bed and attached full bath (sleeps 2);

Den - Off of bedroom 2 there is a sitting room (bonus sleeping area that closes to both the master and the game room - a door on each side) with a queen pull out and a twin pullout (sleeps 3);

UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 3 - second primary bedroom with a king size bed and attached full size bath (sleeps 2);

LOWER LEVEL Bedroom 4 - queen bed and a queen/twin bunk (it is a very large room) there is a very large full size attached bathroom attached to this bedroom (sleeps 5);

Bonus Room - This bonus room has two twin size beds (sleeps 2).

Extra Sleeping: There is a TV room on the lower level with a queen size pull out bed and a half bath is off of this room (sleeps 2)

The Neighborhood:
This is an exclusive Breckenridge neighborhood located just a mile from Main St Breckenridge. The neighborhood boasts large lots and luxury homes. You will be surrounded by beauty in every direction. The home is also located within a 5 minute drive to Breckenridge Main St and gondola parking.  There is parking for two cars in the garage and three to four more outside of the garage. RV or trailer parking is not permitted in this neighborhood. The HOA is very strict about this policy. One pet possible with prior approval and pet fee paid.

Getting Around:
The house offers a personal shuttle during ski season. During summer months, a bike is a great way to get around. It is also a two minute drive to just about everything and anything.

The shuttle is an 11-person passenger van. It is best to schedule with them ahead of time if you know approximately when your group will want a ride to the ski area base every day and when they would like a ride back to the house. The company will also do a last-minute pick-up (unscheduled) but the wait time may be a little bit if they are in the middle of another ride. The company is called Plan B Transportation and the phone numbers and instructions will be included with the check-in instructions you receive. Please feel free to call them for more information.

VIP Shuttle Basics: Please be ready to go on time! Driver will only wait for 3 minutes. One ride between 8-10am (peak time) and one ride between 3-5pm (peak time) Call 970.453.9010 OPTION 2 to schedule or reserve in town shuttle A. Maximum of 4 rides per day with the exception of 6 rides during slow or offpeak time periods. B. Please press option 2 when scheduling their ride. C. During peak times, guest will be allowed 1 ride between the hours of 8:00am- 10:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm. Guests are allowed to book three days in advance with a maximum of 2 consecutive days pre-planned. Booking in advance assists us with making sure the proper number of drivers are staffed. If guests call last minute during peak hours the service may already be fully booked. They will be provided a ride, just at another time. D. Guests must be ready at their scheduled pick-up times. Vehicles are not allowed to wait more than 3 minutes. We want our drivers to be on time for their next scheduled pickup. We also do not want to block roadways or driveways from others if guests are not on time. E. Guests staying at any of the contacted homes who would like extended service outside the operating hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm, receive a reduced rate of $75.00 per hour (min. 2 hrs.).

Other Things to Note:
One pet possible with approval and $250 one time pet fee paid. Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. As a professional property manager, we strive to make staying with us as easy and hassle-free as staying in a hotel. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home. We’re here to make your stay perfect!  Exterior Security Cameras in place. Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.

Interaction with Guests:
Front and back entry with mud room, oversized TREX deck, additional expansive flagstone patio, hot tub, fire pit, and heated walkway thru professionally landscaped yard. Plenty of premium outdoor space which can be utilized during both winter and summer months. A game room with shuffleboard and card table complete the experience.  No pets allowed unless previously approved by the manager and a pet fee is paid. If approved, one pet is possible. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions.

Our family - including adult kids, a dog and a baby had a great time. The view was amazing from the huge deck and hot tub. There was a beautiful walking path right from the back yard. The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out.

Our family of 12 stayed here for 13 nights. The house was perfect for our family! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The property host was amazing and responded almost instantly to any questions we had. This home is well stocked close to Main Street and we would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed a great stay at this beautiful house! It was perfectly situated allowing for gorgeous mountain views from indoors, & outdoors! We loved being out on the deck & under the stars in the hot tub at night. We often saw wildlife in the neighborhood & yard. There are convenient hiking trails right off the property. The house was gorgeous, roomy, and very comfortable. There are enough bathrooms for everyone to share. The kitchen is big- with lots of counter space and well stocked for cooking. We were grateful for the extra fridge in the garage with our large group cooking. The washer and dryer were handy, as we had all kinds of weather. The fireplaces were nice when it was chilly. The ample seating in the living room made for good movie nights. The location can't be beat- as there is privacy, as well as close convenience to town. The property manager J.T. is very professional, and responsive. He communicated well- and even provided a much needed baby item! We were blessed by the wonderful experience of staying here! We hope to return soon, and often.

We were gathering for a family wedding. This place was amazing. There was nothing that we needed. We saw a moose one morning, coyote and fox. We walked into town, wonderful path along creek. There’s a market minutes from the rental. It’s on multi levels but each room was comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit. I would suggest directions on how to get the outdoor heater running. The kitchen area is most important when our family gathers. Everything happens there , so the fact that the kitchen flowed into the dining area and then into the great room area was a Huge plus. Plenty of seating for meals, and a great kitchen. Absolutely wonderful!

Great place to stay for large gatherings. Easy access to Breckenridge, very quiet neighborhood and well equipped kitchen. Only negative, the light switches are difficult to figure out (dimmer switch, location and tiny lettering on buttons). Otherwise, we would highly recommend staying here.

Terrific house!! The amount of windows with stunning views is remarkable. The home is extremely comfortable, very well appointed. Our guests were thrilled with views, hot tub , fire pit, comfortable private bedrooms, and being in the midst of a beautiful slice of God’s creation. Our hosts were just great.
