A beautiful modern gas fireplace, large flat screen TV on a swing-out mount, with sound system and new furniture. The sofa set which includes a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat and a chair makes the room a stylish yet cozy and comfortable place to relax.
The condo also offers an outside ski storage closet with a convenient combination lock. Just outside the door and down the steps are two hot tubs for Apres Ski relaxation. There is ample parking (covered and open) and you will receive a parking permit prior to your arrival.
Three more hot tubs and a large heated pool are just a few minutes walk away.
Park Place’s location cannot be beat … Catch the free shuttle bus just across the street to hit the slopes –- Snowflake lift (to Peak 8) or Beaver Run lift (to Peak 9). When you are done skiing, ski down Four O’clock run, take off your skis and walk across the street back to the condo.
Ready to browse the town? Just walk a few steps across the beautiful Blue River Bridge and you are right in the center of town where you’ll find restaurants, shops and galleries all while enjoying the breathtaking scenery that surrounds Breckenridge.
