Our owner managed condo is in the small Snodallion complex is a gorgeous fully renovated, street level, 2 bedroom/1 bath end unit, in the perfect location - close to lift AND close to main street. We use the condo ourselves and stay on top of the all little details that management companies overlook. We are on Peak 9 in the Columbine Neighborhood. Although it is a smaller 2 bedroom unit, it feels much larger due to the thoughtful and highly custom design. This property is perfect for the small family or group that wants 2 separate bedrooms and 2 regular comfortable beds (no sofa sleepers here).

We are just 100 short steps from Quicksilver 6 Ski Lift (on Peak 9) and 100 steps to the 'downtown strip' for dining, shopping, and night life. Our location is just one of many reasons to stay with us. Most 'ski in/ski out' condominiums are quite far from downtown and many have further distances to walk to the lifts, than our location. Once you arrive at Snodallion and park in the heated garage, you won’t need to worry about driving anywhere, because you are so close to everything! There is dining, shopping, ski rentals, coffee house, dining, massage, and much more only 1 block away. This was a well placed condo close to shopping and restaurants. The space is very tight. Two people cannot be in the kitchen at the same time. The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal. Some kitchen necessities need to be added such as additional bowls for serving. Both bedrooms have the max bed possible and it is very tight. It was clean and worked for us because we had just the two of us. When you come, don't forget to bring your reusable shopping bags because the town charges you for any bags you need for your items. You cannot find individual bottled water in that town either, so buy some before you get to Breck or you will be stuck getting the large containers to share. The bathroom sink did not drain well and the master bedroom carpet is stained and needs replacing. In bad weather, the underground garage would be nice. The front door lock was great so you didn't have to carry a key. The flowers throughout the town were amazing!

Short walk to everything

Stayed for 5 nights in this great location. Easy walk to the lifts and to town. Enjoyed the hot tub. Unit was quiet and clean and was well equipped. We would visit again.

Girls weekend

Wonderful stay. Location is perfect- walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. The bathroom is small for four girls, but the place is clean and would stay here again. Scott was great to work with and got right back to me when needed.

The condo was great for our family of four. The location was perfect. It was well stocked with everything we needed. My only suggestions would be a couple extra blankets and a few more towels. We would definitely rent again.

No need to look further!

We had such an amazing trip to Breck, and could not have been more comfortable! The condo was perfectly clean, with really nice towels and sheets! I was amazed at how much storage space there was in this unit! The overall size was smaller than some others we’ve stayed in, but we never felt cramped. The beautiful Custom cabinets had more than enough room for our belongings. The walk to Quicksilver lift and South end of Main Street are both less than five minutes. Bonus: the unit has a ground level entrance, which is great if you have little ones or guests with mobility issues. It was really tight, trying to park our Ford Explorer in the underground lot. The outdoor lot onsite was a perfectly fine alternative. When we come back ( we will!!!) I’ll definitely rent a smaller car.

Great location!

Nice condo for family of 3. Perfect location; easy walk to lift and town, even with kids! Hot tub and pool crowded at times, but nice. Had a few small hiccups with the property, but the owner was very responsive and helped to resolve right away. When back in Breck, will stay here again.
