Treat yourself to this gorgeous high end one bedroom remodel! Located in the middle of Downtown Breckenridge just a half a block off of Main St. with one parking spot and walkable to everything! The base of Peak 9 is just a 5minute walk away or take the town trolley to the Gondola to start your day! In the summer, biking and hiking trails are also right out the door. Enjoy the local shops and restaurants and never have to get in your vehicle!
A brand new King Memory Foam Bed will have you rested for the next days adventures! If you have friends with you the pull out memory foam sleeper sofa will hit the spot! A ski locker outside your door makes the 5 min walk back from the resort a breeze.
Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge, this brand new high end, remodeled one bedroom is perfect for a couple, couple of friends and/or a small family. Enjoy the new king size bed in the master bedroom and a comfy pull out sofa in the living room. There's parking for one vehicle in the alley or covered garage too. Best of all your half a block from Main St. and just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 area. The town trolley picks up on Main St. too if the gondola is where you want to start or end your day.
Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, new appliances, full kitchen, ski lockers and more! The Wifi is super fast and dedicated to this unit. A laundry facility at the end of the hallway makes this a perfect spot for a work from home adventrue! Ask us about out monthly rates! StayLTD manages multiple units in the complex and nearby! Brett and Team were great! Enjoyed our Stay at Tan 16. The property was updated and very clean. The checkin and out process was very easy and appreciated. Would stay again!

OK - Not as advertised

Property is in an excellent location and property manager communications were prompt and clear. Unfortunately the pictures don't show how small the spaces are. There is no room to unpack clothes and we had to leave our suitcases on the floor. The "Amenities" list a fire place, however, it was actually a plug in electric red light. When I inquired about the listing, the property manager said it was a problem with the VRBO listing requirements and not his fault, then he thanked me for being eco-friendly. I feel like I was fooled by the small print / advertisement / picture and wouldn't have rented if I understood it was an electric red light. Kitchen appliances were new and worked fine. A bit of dog hair around the couch and in the corners, but not a big deal. I would rate the property about a 6 and don't understand all the 10 ratings, especially from groups of 4. There is no way 4 people can fit comfortably in such a small space.

Great location

Petite condo but perfect for our family of three. Child is 19. The bathroom is perfect as it was accessible from living room or bedroom. Convenient ski locker and parking in a garage was a bonus. We chose this condo so we could take the dog and still be close to downtown and slopes. Beds were on the medium firm side but comfortable. Great communication with management.

Best location & bed very comfortable

Location was perfect!!! Master bed was very comfortable. Loved having a garage to park my car. Clean & updated. Couch was not comfortable to sit on & tried to use the “pull out” feature to sleep on it, which was awful. So would not recommend relying on the couch to sleep anyone.

Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. Everything in unit is new. Outside of building is dated but this unit was great. Great mattress. Walked to everything in town. I made a mistake on booking and Brett took care of it immediately. Note that washer/ dryer is public and just outside the front door. App operated. We had no problem with it. Unit is also very quiet

Great Location Downtown Breckenridge

Location was perfect! Apartment was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials. It is a small space overall so I would only recommend it for a couple, but it was great for a party of 2. King mattress needs to be updated badly, it is very concave resulting in us both sleeping very poorly during our stay. Make sure you have planned your arrival time to accommodate any luggage you will have in tow. We took the owners suggestions and didn't rent a vehicle but that meant we were going to arrive 2 hours prior to check in with luggage. Owner wasn't pleased that I asked for suggestions in finding a place to store our luggage 2 hours early even though it was done days in advance to our arrival.

Small but nice

My husband and I stayed 2 nights with our dog. It was fine for a short stay and we appreciated the locked garage and the very comfy bed. Access to the outside with the dog was not quick, and it would be a bit small for us for any longer than a weekend. If you don't have a lot of luggage or a dog I think this place is quite nice. Breckenridge itself is absolutely wonderful.

Winter Getaway

I took a solo weekend trip to Breckenridge for skiing and the “alpine” experience (my first trip to Colorado). The location is ideal. A 2 minute walk to bustling Main Street. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Even the gondola station was an easy 10 minute walk. The condo looks newly renovated and was immaculate. The bed was large and comfortable, and the unit had everything I needed. The cable tv worked great and the electric fireplace was cozy. As others mentioned in reviews, it is a small unit. But it’s laid out nicely. Also, the walls are a bit thin. But I spent very little time indoors. There’s too much fun in town! The few people I heard in the hall were quiet and respectful. Otherwise, the unit was very quiet (no noise from people or traffic outside). Checkin/checkout was easy (there is a door code, so no having to pick up keys offsite). I received plenty of timely emails with all the info I needed, even some helpful tips. Everyone in town was so friendly. I’m in love with downtown Breckenridge (and have a secret crush on Peak 7!). I highly recommend this unit for 1-2 people.

Amazing location. A quick walk to the resort with a spot to put boots/skis/boards when you get back. Directly in town and close to everything. Easy check in process. Comfy bed and cute fireplace.
