Ski to the lift in the morning, ski in for lunch, and be back on the lift in minutes — it truly doesn’t get any better than this in Breckenridge. This is the luxurious mountain retreat you’ve been looking for!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to 6. The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV w/Xbox, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees, mountain stream, and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including: large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Plus, all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

We had a fabulous time. Great location and accommodation. If you are into cooking, bring some stainless steel cookware. Only Teflon available which is not a good health option. Other than that, the condo was stellar.

Best location!

You can't beat this place. Amazing check-in process, once you get your code, you can check yourself in. The property manager was great at communicating and making sure we didn't need anything. The place was amazing with lots of space, great kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Laundry in unit is a huge plus. But you can't beat the location. Walk out your door to snowflake lift. Ski home. Drop your gear off at the shop next door for an overnight wax, and pick it up in the morning before getting on the lift. Short drive or walk down the hill to town. Easily the best place we have stayed in Breck. We will definitely be trying to stay here again!

Great spot for family of 4

2 king bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Location was fantastic, and the house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, would have liked ceiling fans, but we brought a box fan for warm summer nights. I will definitely book here again for another Breckenridge trip and recommend to friends.

Amazing Location!!

This corner unit has a beautiful view of the mountains and Sawmill Creek! The water sounds from the creek were wonderful sleep sounds at night! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. I had one question for the property manager, which was answered immediately via text. They also checked in with us mid-trip to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property! We will definitely book again!

The location was awesome. The overall cleanliness was good, however when the light hit the blinds you can see how dusty they were and cleaning company could do a better job on wiping down the kitchen counters. Otherwise enjoyed our stay, beds clean and comfortable, layout was perfect and loved the amenities, especially the trail in the back!

Great little getaway spot

We had a great time and loved the location. Being so close to the snowflake lift really made our lives easier with a 4 year old learning to snowboard. The condo was clean and comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. We would definitely stay again. One suggestion: update the board games. All of the games were missing pieces and would have been fun to play after a long day on the mountain.

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed late March for a ski trip and loved the condo. It is well appointed and equipped with all you need for a stay. The in unit washer dryer is a plus and the kitchen is well Stocked to cook to your desire. The garage parking was great since we had snow a few days. It is 100% ski out and 98% ski in. I’ve seen other people Complain but you literally walk 100 feet from the 4 o’clock run to the front door of building at the end of the day, The snowflake run is out the back door for ski out. We took advantage of the sauna steam and hot tub which was great after a day of skiing. Town is a 10-15 min walk downhill walk or take the free bus right outside. We would for sure stay here again for our next trip to Breck.

Great location and clean, interior furnishings and bathrooms somewhat dated, minor mx needed(light bulbs, drawers). BUT LOCATION WAS UNBEATABLE, SKI IN AND SKI OUT ON SNOWFLAKE. Would book again.

A Pretty good place to stay

This unit is larger than most others in the category with a spacious living room and bedrooms. The TV is huge. The decor isn’t Dated but it isn’t current either. In terms of the ski in ski out feature The snowflake lift is right next to the building which is great, but be aware that this lift really just takes you up the major lifts, which get you to the ski runs. It’s far better than walking in a distance but really it’s a 10 minute ride to the lift right from your condo. There are two trails to ski back to the condo and one of them does require walking because the terrain is flat. However, it’s not a major deal like one of the previous review complained. As is obvious in the picture, the hot tub situation is less than ideal. And frankly, it’s not very hot and the Jets were weak. Having said all that we would still consider staying there again because of its nice size in proximity to the lift. Technically, you can walk the four blocks to town. However considering coming back up the hill to the condo at night in the cold you’ll want to drive down and park. Again, not a big deal but it’s not like you’re a block away to walk to dinner.

Peaceful condo

This condo was so spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. There are sleds in the closet. HEATED FLOORS were a treat. It was also nice to park in the heated garage and go straight up to our room. Although you do have to step outside one more time to get to the condo. The corner unit was great. You can hear and watch the River from the balcony. We also took advantage of the indoor and outdoor hot tubs during our stay.
