Great trip, house was a great location and comfortable. If I had to not pick anything I could say the kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, and cabinets could use and upgrade but besides that was perfect for us.

It’s a great place ….We use VRBO all the time and we have never stayed at a place that was stocked with supplies!!They were also very responsive to any requests we had !!Best ever rental company!!!Great skiing if you have never been there before! House was great for a large group. It was not ski-in/ski-out and a further walk to slopes than I wanted but doable. Some walked, some got Ubers(us over 65😂)

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and it fit all 18 of us perfectly! There were 5 families (my siblings and I) that all had room to enjoy the house! It is outdated a bit, definitely issues in the home that shouldn’t have been our concern, but became it when water started leaking through the basement ceiling after someone drained the bath in the master bedroom. It was fixed (on Christmas) but we couldn’t use the master bath the rest of the trip. Trash was a big issue, we had 18 people for 8 days (9 of which are little kids and most are still in diapers) and trash wasn’t picked up once while we were there. Overall, the location to skiing and the gondola were awesome, the heat worked beautifully and everyone could control their own areas. Views were breathtaking and beds were comfortable!

This house was great for our large multi-generational group. Lots of space for all ages. Only complaint was the dishwasher wasn’t installed properly and nearly came out of the wall when opening. This became a pain point when doing dishes for 16 after every meal. Noticed this was complained about before so hopefully. Is the property management team will replace. Otherwise, great location and amenities.

The layout of the house was nice. Tons of space. The location was good. You are higher up on the mountain. Overall the place is pretty dated. The kitchen had some issues - dishwasher doesn't seem to be installed properly. Vent for the stove didn't work. The grill was unusable because it was so filthy. We couldn't get it to stop flaming so shut if off after 20 minutes. There is a family of foxes living underneath and around the house which we were not made aware of. We had two small dogs and it was very difficult to take them out with hungry foxes waiting in the driveway every morning and evening. Also if you have small children it would be very concerning. There was no groomed grass where we could take our dogs out either. Pool table in the basement was unusable. It doesn't fit properly in the space. The basement also had a noticeable musty smell but at least they had air filters running. The basement has two nice updated bathrooms, but would be nice if the main floor and second story bedrooms had updated bathrooms as well. Overall the place was OK and plenty of space for us, but for the price point it should have been really nice, well-maintained, and immaculate. In our opinion it was way too expensive and our expectations were much higher based on the price point.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO and other BNB properties. I have never seen such an unclean house. Hair all in the tubs and on shower walls, dirty rags from previous guests left hanging on fixtures. Hair found between the sheets. Although the heat in the house was set to 60 degrees, the radiant heat in the floors was so hot that it made it unbearable at close to 80 degrees, my kids were feeling sick. When I called maintenance, I was told to turn it down more and open windows. If this was happening to mine, I would want to know immediately.

The house was perfect for 20 people. It had plenty of linens, towels and extra pillows. It is slightly outdated compared to the pictures online and the second refrigerator never worked. That definitely needs to be fixed since the house can accommodate so many people. Otherwise we had a great stay and would consider staying there again.
