girls getaway

We had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect for our annual girls getaway. We had 5 women (college buddies) getting together celebrating our 62nd birthdays and some retirements. Extremely impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! Definitely the best kitchen we have encountered over the years! We love to cook great meals and there was everything needed. Great location for hikes and proximity into town!

Great Girls Ski Getaway

We had a great week in Breckinridge!The location of this condo is perfect. A very short walk to the Snow Flake lift and an easy ski back on Four O'Clock run. It's an easy walk down to town, or you can easily jump on the bus on the Snowflake Lift and get wherever you need to go; City Market, downtown, the ice rink to see the Troll!The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, as well as lots of spices, oils etc that can be used for cooking.There is a ski locker in the basement that is great for storing skis.The con that i would mention and others have mentioned as well, is that the common space is tight for a big group. We were seven. Not a lot of room to spread out in the living area. As well some of the chairs were uncomfortable. Would highly recommend the place for a smaller group, though it is a 4 bedroom.

Easy breezy had a great stay

Everything you need. Comfy . It’s a classic retro breck complex. We had an awesome stay PMI rental management awesome to work with. I would rent from them anytime From check in to any questions just text message with a rapid response. Only issue is parking. You cannot use your car during the day too many day skiers parking / camping there for the lift. So when you come back there are no spots left Many just sitting in the car all day then serving lunch from the car . That was the only issue. Walking to town is easy so we made it work

Great location to the lift.

Great place by the Snowflake lift and Four O Clock Run. Skied right to the condo entrance and walked downhill a 100 yards to the Snowflake lift. Space was decent for 9 of us. Property manager was prompt to respond with any concern or request we had. Only thing that would help is a better list of items available to us in the kitchen area. Website description is a little lean. Would recommend or stay here again.

Good location - overall good stay.

Overall, a good property. Close to Snowflake Lift and close enough to walk to downtown. Beds were comfortable / warm. Pros: Close to lift / 4 O'Clock run to get home (if you keep up speed and know where to get off the trail). Convenient for our group, but can get a bit squished with 7 adults. Cons: The fridge was LOUD and they sent someone to 'fix it' without letting us know (and we didn't say anything about it seemed a bigger issue that what could be remedied)... but a random man showed up unannounced, which was strange to say the least. And then didn't fix it. The non-master downstairs bathroom shower DOES NOT DRAIN. There was standing water for a full day after we used it the last time. It's been mentioned in other reviews but doesn't seem to have been fixed.

2024 Breckenridge ski trip

Great location for skiing. Weather didn’t cooperate 100 %, we checked out a little early to avoid a forecast blizzard since we were driving east to go home. No problems.

Christmas get-away

Two families of four stayed at the condo. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Did not realize there was not a ski foyer in the unit. However, we were able to store our gear at charters rental shop for free overnight rather than having to Carry everything up Hill in ski boots at the end of each day. Upstairs tub held water and we had a bit of trouble with the downstairs toilet. I notified management with no response the first evening. My husband was able to figure out and fix the problems , overall, the unit was in a good location to town, lifts. It is definitely not a ski and ski out.

Summer vacation. We have skied Breckinridge since 99. Our first time here in the summer.

This property is very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies & extra pillows/linens. Very convenient to downtown, as well as areas to hike or fish. Would definitely stay again!!

Breck condo

This condo had a fantastic location close to snowflake lift (convenient for skiers of all levels) and close to town. The property management company was super and responded immediately to all questions. There were plenty of beds/bedrooms, but I would warn that the living area was a little tight for a group of eight people. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect for two families of four (4 adults, 4 teens). Walk out to lift and ski back. Kitchen fully stocked. Great hang out spaces for card games or mingling. Hot tub close by - three of them!

Great place!

Overall I'd say the place was great. Clean, beds were comfy, great location. Like several people said it is a bit cramped for 2 families. The bedrooms are all roomy but the living space/dining was pretty tight. My only complaint was in the kitchen pans. They were all super old - seemed like the teflon was coming off on our eggs. They also need a few more. Other than that super happy with this rental!!

Smaller than advertised

Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, utensils, etc.... Hot tub was closed, which was a huge downgrade to our expereince and the reason why we chose the property. Ski in/out was great. ski equipment storage was super easy. parking was very convenient. would stay here again, but advertising it sleeps nine(9) is a stretch.

Fun Weekend in Breckenridge

We had a girls weekend for my friend’s 50th birthday. The house was great! Perfect for 7 adults. We walked into town and could hike from the condo. It was a beautiful fall weekend.
