Welcome to The Lookout Landing, a charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat

nestled in the heart of Bremerton, Washington. This newly remodeled

1,950-square-foot home combines timeless character with modern comforts,

offering an ideal getaway for families and friends alike.



Perched in a well-established neighborhood, The Lookout Landing boasts

captivating views of the Port Washington Narrows, the iconic Manette Bridge,

and majestic Mount Rainier. Imagine waking up to serene water vistas and

sipping your morning coffee while taking in the picturesque scenery.



Inside, you'll find a spacious layout designed for relaxation and

togetherness. The living area is bathed in natural light, providing a cozy

space to unwind after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen invites

culinary adventures, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for sharing meals

and creating lasting memories.



But the real highlight? The Lookout Landing is packed with fun in the

"Ourcade" game room. Enjoy classic arcade machines, challenge each other to a

game of foosball, or go head-to-head in a round of shuffleboard. Whether

you're here for relaxation or friendly competition, there's something for

everyone.



The four well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for

all guests, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With two bathrooms, mornings are

a breeze, allowing everyone to prepare for the day's adventures without

hassle.



Step outside to the oversized deck with seating at the large fireplace

centered outdoor furniture set. Take full advantage of the outdoor kitchen

equip with a BBQ grill, 5 burner stove top, pizza oven and sink. Don't forget

to practice your short game on the private golf putting green down below the

deck. The outdoor space provides a tranquil setting for evening gatherings,

where you can enjoy the fresh Pacific Northwest air and perhaps spot local

wildlife while relaxing in the private hot tub.



Located just a short drive from downtown Bremerton, The Lookout Landing offers

convenient access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Whether you're

interested in exploring the Bremerton Boardwalk, visiting the USS Turner Joy,

Lots of fun at this house

This house offers a variety of entertaining options. The hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived. There is a small putting green and a lovely outdoor sitting area. Kids and adults all had fun playing the video games in the basement area. The house was clean with ample towels and nice bedding. We had a good time.
