“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that……

“This was a great little vacation spot for our family to enjoy a little spring break getaway. We had lots of fun fishing from the dock, playing games and watching movies. The cabin was clean, comfortable and fit our family of four perfectly. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. ”
