Bed was comfortable however the bed moves if you’re resting against the headboard which is attached to wall and not bed. “The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! “From the moment arrived, the staff were really pleasant & helpful. Lovely big room. Beautiful bathroom. Bed a bit hard (but that’s cos I like a soft bed). The food was fabulous. I never seen a pub so busy on a Monday night (especially the week before payday)! Breakfast was lovely. Definitely recommend. ”

“Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment”

“Another great stay! Lovely room. Breakfast always wonderful. We also had lunch which was really good. The place and the staff never disappoint. We didnt catch the name of the lovely waitress who served us brekfast and lunch but she was very efficient and professional. We visited the spa twice which is always great - must try and book in the summer when we can sit in the gardens.”

“This is a lovely boutique hotel with quirky rooms and decor situated in a lovely little town with some lovely little shops and cafes . We especially loved Gail’s bakery ! The staff were very friendly and helpful but be Prepared for loud music and parties into the early hours as it’s a popular weekend and Christmas venue ! Would definitely stay there again ! ”

“Short stay for 3 nights in apartment. The staff greeted us and were very welcoming. There was a shock though having to pre authorise £300 on card. I should have read the small print but did seem excessive. The apartment is spacious and perfect for what we needed. The stairs are a killer though especially with luggage etc. All the basics are there cutlery crockery etc. There are no drinks provided tea coffee etc unlike in main hotel.
