Enjoy all Bretton Woods has to offer in the this cozy 3 story townhouse in Mt. Washington place. We’re located directly across the street from the Bretton Woods ski area. Enjoy all this northern NH area has to offer from skiing, snowshoeing and hiking to spending an afternoon at the spa at the beautiful Mt. Washington Hotel.

The large, open concept townhouse is perfect for entertaining a crowd and is fully stocked to meet all your vacation needs. The main floor boasts cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Bretton Woods trails and surrounding mountains.

With 4 bedrooms, there is room for everyone. The third floor has two bedrooms, both with in suite bathrooms. The master has a king sized bed and full walk-in closet and the second bedroom has two queen sized beds. The lower level offers additional living space with a game room ( foosball, darts, air hockey, video games, puzzles, etc) as well as a living room area. Two additional bedrooms can be found in the lower level which share a full bathroom - one bedroom has a king bed and a twin air mattress and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (full/twin) a full size bed and a small pull-out couch.

For your convenience we offer free wifi, a fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso and Kuerig coffee maker and a washer/dryer located on the main level.

Our townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing trip to the mountains or a fun ski-filled weekend!

There were 9 of us staying at this beautiful space and we had a wonderful time! The setup was ideal for our 3 families, with everyone having their own full bath. Scott was very prompt at answering any questions that I had. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortably fit our large group! Everything we needed. A huge bonus to have multiple king and queen beds. It’s tough to find rentals that aren’t full of twin bunk beds! Close to Santa’s Village and all the activities we were hoping to see with the kids. Thanks for a great weekend!

My family ( husband, adult children and grandchildren) enjoyed our stay at this Bretton Woods condo. We spent the weekend at Clark’s Trading Post and Santa’s Village. The condo was perfectly located equidistant between both destinations and in a very nice area. The house was large and open with lots of space for all of us to spread out. There were 5 adults and 3 children and the bedroom configurations worked very well. We had nice views from the deck of the mountains and surrounding greenery. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided detailed direction concerning our stay. The only negative comment I have is that the condo was advertised as air conditioned but only 2 of the 3 floors had air conditioning. The 2 master bedrooms on the third floor had fans only. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Scott was a great owner with whom to work. He was quick to communicate and answer any questions. The townhouse had everything one could need for a mountain stay. The fireplace was well-stocked with wood and a nice addition for evenings in the living room. We enjoyed the game room downstairs and spent many evenings competing against one another in foosball and darts. 3 levels of bedroom and bathrooms allowed us to spread out and have our privacy as well. Being just a few minutes drive from the ski slopes was also very convenient. Plus, there is snowshoeing right out the door.

From the moment we booked until we checked out, communication with Scott was spectacular! The place was perfect for our family - we had 5 adults and 5 kids across 3 families and had more than enough space. The entryway mud room was perfect for all our snowy gear. The main living space was so open and welcoming, the kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. The bar countertop area and large dining table allowed for all of us to eat together and for us to serve the kiddos directly from the kitchen (they pretended they were in a restaurant). The bedrooms/ bathrooms were fantastic - everyone had their own area. AND the second living space/ game area on the lower level was a bonus space for the older kiddos to hang while the younger ones went to bed. We made some wonderful memories and we cannot wait to return!

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo in a perfect location! Our son got married at Bretton Woods Resort and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location! We could actually see the top of the mountain they got married on from the back deck! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Including laundry supplies (detergent/softer) for the full size washer and dryer. We had lots of fun playing with the foosball and air hockey tables on the lower level. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to questions I had before we arrived. The check in/out process was very easy. Hoping to go back again!

This condo fit the bill perfectly for our extended family's extra-long wedding weekend. The wedding was at the Mt. Washington Hotel, so the location was very convenient. This 4 bedroom condo was beautiful and well-maintained. The views from the living room and deck were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with everything (plates, silverware, glasses, pans, etc.) we needed to cook for our full house. The propane grill outside was perfect for barbecuing for the family. Also, the young adults enjoyed the X-box system, foosball, and darts in the downstairs game room. Scott, our host, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any question that we had. He also provided us with a list of things to do in the area. If our plans include a trip back to the Bretton woods area, we are definitely staying here again! If you are looking for a roomy place to stay while in this area, do not hesitate to book this condo. I am sure that you will love it - just like we did.

We rented this property for a month. It was everything we expected from the owners description. The host was extremely easy to work with and communicated immediately if we had any questions. We were a family with multiple ages and the condo accommodated everyone. It was a fantastic month of skiing and family time.
