Perched up high in Bretton Woods right next to the 2 miles home ski trail, this 4-level ski-in and ski-out unit offers a great no frills home base for your White Mountains vacation, all year round. With great views of Mount Washington, and from the upper levels even the famous Mount Washington Hotel, this mid-range home is a stone throw from a myriad of amazing activities, from hiking and snowshoeing to golfing and ziplining - plus, of course, skiing!

Guest Bedroom #1: Located on the top floor and features 2 Twin beds and attached full bath with shower. Sleeps 2.
Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the second level and features a Queen bed. Sleeps 2
Guest Bedroom #3: Located on the second level and features a twin over full bunk bed. Sleeps 3.
Guest Bedroom #4: Located on the lower level and features a Queen bed and walkout to patio and TV. Sleeps 2.
Guest Bedroom #5: Located on the lower level and features a Queen bed. Sleeps 2.
Bathroom #1: Full bath with shower located on top floor attached to bedroom.
Bathroom #2: Full bath with stone shower located on the second level.
Bathroom #3: Full bath with tub/shower combo located on the lower level.
Kitchen: Fully renovated kitchen with new appliances, drip and keurig coffee makers.
Dining/Living Area: Open concept kitchen, dining and living areas, a large dining table and comfortable furniture that surrounds the new stone gas-fireplace. Access to the back deck through sliding doors off the living area.
Outdoor Area: large deck off of the living room and patio area with outdoor electric grill. Steps away from the beloved "2-Mile Home" ski slope!
Extra Features: Air Conditioning, Free high speed wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer, linens/towels provided!
- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
- A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it! If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup.
- Pool & gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.

While the home looks exactly as it does in the photographs, there are some big cons that I feel like others should be aware of to help manage their expectations. 1. It is not easily accessed- we had an elderly family member that found it very difficult to access the unit with all the stairs. 2. The basement. PLEASE put in some dehumidifiers. It is incredibly damp and musty. 3. While we didn’t use the pool, it would’ve been way more helpful to have specific information on the pool— the pool you can access is more than 25 minutes away from the property, but that’s not clear at all in the booking. 4. The directions for overflow parking and the trash were abysmal. We were the ONLY ones who abided by the overflow parking (no other cars there for 4 days. ) And if you can’t find the trash, it’s because it’s behind the creepy abandoned lodge building. 5. Don’t even bother with the grill, we found it to be incredibly dirty! So overall the house was good, not great. I feel like if I had known some of the issues above, we would’ve looked elsewhere.

Great condo in Rosebrook area. Well appointed, updated and very clean. Spacious and family friendly. Easy ski in / ski out location. Highly recommended.

I really felt quality needs to be improved. Bathroom flush & bathtub, and furniture overall were not well maintained. Bedrooms and kitchen were good. I meant it quality seems to be compromised when compare to the house location and the rent quote.

If you’re planning a get-away to ski as much as possible the available condos on this section of the mountain are a great choice for the price. They are older and not updated but certainly functional, beds were comfortable and we had a great time on a great mountain
