"The staff were so pleasant helpful and kind. The room was kept immaculate by housekeeping. The receptionist was so cheerful and helpful as was the waiting staff in the restaurant and bar. The food in the restaurant was delicious and a reasonable selection. Really could not fault at all."

Nice for short stay
"In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet."

"This is a perfect apartment for a small group to visit Fort William. It has a parking spot if you are driving yourself. It put us in driving range ti visit the Isle of Skye. Takes a whole day to do but worth it if you get over that way"

"Nice, clean, and well insulated. We felt very secure and comfortable. Only complaint is that the WiFi signal was a little weak but we didn’t really mind disconnecting for the night (it was still enough to book our next room and view itineraries etc)."

"Perfect property for 9 adults and 1 dog! Very clean and well stocked kitchen which was large, with an even larger lounge with log burner.
