Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. “Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. “We had an excellent time at this property. 4 stars for cleanliness as windows and skirtings were dusty and a few cracked tiles on the kitchen floor but otherwise very clean and well presented. Summer house could be doing with a little TLC as the doors don't open and a couple of glass/Perspex panels missing from them. House has 2.5 bathrooms, not 1.5 that's in the description.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would consider returning should we ever require such a large……

“We had a sisters weekend at the lodge. The lodge was very pretty and fantastic view. The cabin its self could do with a deep clean (we had to get the duster out to remove some cobwebs before we went to bed) and the glasses needed a wash, but thats not too bad. Maybe a heads up on the road surface to the cabin would be an idea as my car is quite low and I grounded out with a scrape a couple times. But relaxing in the hot tub looking at that view was fantastic after a day sightseeing. ”

“Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”

“This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland. The on-street parking with a van was difficult due to all the local residents’ vehicles. The host was very responsive to communication and we had no issues that warranted action on their part. ”

“Property was as described, spacious and perfect for the nine of us that stayed there. October so unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use the garden but the hot tub was ready for us on arrival and there were games and books to use as well. Easy check in with details sent to us by the host on the morning of check in. I had a couple of queries ahead of our visit and had prompt responses and he checked that we had everything We needed during our stay. Would definitely return should we have……

“Great property and peaceful location. Beautiful view and easy parking. The bed was very comfortable and I had a brilliant nights sleep every night. The BBQ is a good size and easy to clean. The owner was very prompt in answering any questions I had and check-in was very easy. However a couple of points would improve the experience. The shower is very small for the average person which is disappointing when you're using it regularly before either going into the hot tub or when using the sauna.……

"The hotel is too old, size of the room fine, but the washroom is not good enough. The bathtub is slippery and I slipped and hurt my head when I get into the bathtub. Besides, the floor in the bathroom is slippery too. The window in 4/F, half of the window is covered by concrete, the building decoration, no window view. The window in 2/F is fine. The room has high ceiling, but the window is too small. I’ve reserved 2 rooms, but they arranged one in 2/F, one in 4/F. Which makes us inconvenient to take care kids. They should aware it when we made the reservation. "
