“This property and the owner are top notch. The rental is more expensive than others in Providence, but we felt that the value was terrific. The management was easy to contact and answered queries quickly. They thought about the check-in and staying experience--all of which was seamless, unlike other experiences we've had. The apartment is spotless and spacious, with a private bedroom--excellent, comfortable mattress--and a full living room and dining room. There is a fold-down bed in the living……

“Hale House is a terrific place to stay for a Brown graduation or parent weekend! Our apartment had a small kitchen which allowed us to have breakfast at home before walking to campus. We parked our car when we arrived in the Hale house parking lot and didn’t need it until we left. Perfect! There is a lovely garden in the back with an outdoor seating area that was perfect for takeout one night of our stay. Richard is very responsive to questions making our visit easy. ”
