“The house was beautiful and spacious, the views even more gorgeous. Property was large with lots of space for my dog to run to her hearts content. It was nice and quiet, perfect for getting away to relax. Groceries and food were 30 minutes or less away. Would love to stay here again!”

The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. ”

“Booked a few months in advance and Ariel was very helpful and responsive. The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap!……

“We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!”

“In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might……
