Luxurious, 4 Season Waterfront Home On Long Lake, Sebago Lake Regions In Maine

Luxurious, modern, waterfront home on beautiful Long Lake in North Bridgton across a non busy street is a grassy area with 75' of pristine, private sandy beach with private dock and floating swim dock, also has plenty of lounge chairs, picnic table, 2 kayaks, paddleboard and canoe right by the water, for your use. You enter the home through a very comfortable screened in porch. It is very Iight and bright, with lots of windows for views of the lake. Open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. The living area has a cathedral ceiling and catwalk. The gourmet kitchen is a foodie's delight! The master suite is on the main floor, with a king bed, private deck with fire pit and secluded porch swing. Upstairs has two private bedrooms with king beds, each with ensuite. The basement has five adorable twin size cubbies enticing for children and comfortable enough for adults with a small living area with a futon couch and ensuite. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with a fire-pit outside the master bedroom for privacy and an additional gas fire pit on the stone patio outside the kitchen in the front of the house. Down the steps there is an additional wood burning fire pit and plenty of seating to roast marshmallows while listening to the loons and enjoying the stars in the night sky. There are several lounge chairs and picnic table to relax and enjoy the beautiful grassy area and sandy beach, which has a gradual, sloping entry into the crystal clear water. For your enjoyment, we supply a canoe, paddle board, 2 kayaks and plenty of outdoor toys for you to enjoy. After hours of fun, you can rinse off with our outdoor hot/cold shower. We have miniature golf, restaurants & shopping at the causeway in Naples (15 mins.). A short drive to Bridgton (5 mins.) for an indoor or drive-in movie, restaurants, ice cream and shopping, or Harrison (2 mins.) away for ice cream, grocery store or eat at The Olde Mill Tavern. If you're up for more shopping, it is 30 miles to North Conway, NH (tax free), 40 miles to Portland, ME, and 45 miles to Freeport, ME. Boat rentals available nearby at Harrison Marina and Moose Landing in Naples. 40+ miles of boatable waterway on Long Lake, attached Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. It is beautiful in every season from winter snow skiing, (15 mins. away) to snowmobiling, leaf peeping in late Sept - Oct. & of course all the activities in the summer. There are so many things to do in the area we can't list them all!!
For security reasons & your protection we do have a ring doorbell, and a security camera outside the lower garage.

Everything about the property was as advertised or better. Valarie was an exceptional communicator always responding to messages immediately. Everything about the house is high quality. I had some concerns about having to cross a street to get to the private beach but those concerns turned out to be unfounded. Very little traffic. We would definitely go back.

Second time renting this place. We love it there. Great layout, location, beach. Valarie was great to deal with. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The only hesitation I had about leaving a review is that people will book it and it won't be available for us again!😉

great house

excellent house. living room a/c not big enough to cool house. bedroom has portable a/c which worked well. bedrooms don’t have light blocking shades but very bedrooms. basement musty but a lot of space. 2 nice bedrooms on 2nd floor. 1 nice bedroom on 1st floor then more beds and rooms in basement. nice kitchen and garage. beach across a small street with few cars. nice sandy beach with canoe, 2 kayaks and a paddle board. nice dock as well. great house. good internet speeds as well.

AMAZING LAKE HOUSE

We have rented this awesome Lake House for 5 years now. It is a great family house. One of the few homes on Long Lake that has a sandy beach which makes it perfect for kids. Our crew of two families with 6 kids ranging in age from 7-15 love sleeping in the "cubbies" in the basement. There is room for everyone and this house truly has it all. From AC, super comfortable beds, lots of space and a gourmet kitchen to fabulous and super responsive owners, this is as good as lake Living gets. If you are able to book this house, do it!!! You won't regret it!

What an amazing week!

My wife and I have done a fair amount of traveling with our family and this home was by far one of the nicest weeks we have ever had. With COVID, we were worried about traveling, but Valerie made everything so simple, easy and relaxing for us. This home has everything. I do not think there was one piece of furniture, kitchenware, outdoor equipment that we were missing. Everything in the house was ready and even explained in perfect details if anything wasn't push button. The location is perfect. Close enough to Harrison to walk up and grab something from the small market or an ice cream but also placed on a serene and peaceful private beach and dock on Long Lake. We really do hope to come back, it was perfect.

Amazing family vacation spot

We had such a wonderful time at your home! The house was stocked with an amazing kitchen making everything easy. The rooms are great- all the beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect. The dock , lake and all the boating equipment topped off the stay- the kids spent hours outside and we all had such a great time.

Great escape from reality!

What a perfect one week getaway from life, and the pandemic! Beautiful home (just as in the photos, if not even better in person!), relaxing setting, picturesque lake and scenery, lots of boating/water sports/activities...everything you need is at this property or right nearby, and a very responsible and communicative owner who makes sure all is running smoothly. Totally a piece of heaven!

Our family had a truly amazing time at Valarie’s beautiful home! The house is immaculate and so well stocked for anything we possibly needed over the week. The reviews are all five stars for a reason. Our experience exceeded our already high expectations. We loved all of the amenities in this beautiful, spacious, air conditioned home, with outdoor fire pits, BBQ, and an outstanding private sandy beach with crystal clear water, dock and raft. We were able to totally relax and go at our own pace. For those so inclined, North Conway was a short drive for outlet shopping. Valarie was helpful and very responsive to our questions. We are hoping to be able to visit again. Now, if someone could do something with the exchange rate on the Canadian dollar, that would help.

A great vacation week for our extended family

This property really had it all for our large (6 children - ages 3 -11 and 6 adults including grandparents) family. The home is clean, spacious and filled with modern amenities. It is laid out well so that each adult couple could have their own private space and the kids could be kids in the downstairs bunk-room. Everyone loved the sandy private beach and having the dock for our rented boat made water skiing and tubing an easy get away. We did a day trip to Conway (Storyland) which is about a 1 hour drive and also spent a fair amount of time exploring and shopping in the lovely town of Bridgeton. Valerie (the owner) answered all of our questions promptly and provided us with everything we needed to make the most of our week. Our whole group agreed we had one of our best family vacations yet.

Beautiful vacation home! Happy Memories!

This property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in we were bedazzled by the house itself. It accommodated us, our children, and their families with ease. Our hosts provided a well stocked home without missing any item imaginable. The beach toys had something for everyone of all ages including a floaty for the baby! The beach was an easy walk across a quiet road, and with chairs in the shade and sun. The beach, dock, and float provided many hours of splashing, jumping, swimming, and fishing. Our group was happy and content to just hang out there and enjoy. Evenings were aglow with a wonderful fire pit just a walk to and from the house, on the gently lit pathway. It was truly a peaceful vacation in a comfortable home. Thank you so much for the experience! Ann & Paul
