“Comfortable beds, powerful shower, secure garden, peaceful location. Very good kitchen facilities. Plenty of places close by to visit. 3 pubs in the village and a Co-op. Beach just outside the village next to lifeboat station. 1 min in car or can walk. Everywhere yougo is very dog friendly. Relaxing break in home from home style cottage.”

“We went at the end of March / beginning of April so it was lovely and quiet and relaxing. Was withing easy reach of the coastal path to Bridlington and close to the beach where we could walk our dog.”

“Apartment 4, Sir Nigel Gresley. Overall a good stay. Listed as first floor but was second floor. Four flights of stairs bit of a struggle for four over 60s with suitcases. Also en suite shower a definite no. High step and getting out no hand holds. Couldn't use it. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Sofas too low and only two chairs for the dining table. Central location. Probably wouldn't use again due to mobility issues.”

“We have stayed here for two consecutive years. It’s a good-sized property, well-maintained, and generally clean but there were dog hairs on one of the sofas and it definitely smells more like dog I. 2024 (on the ground floor only - the upstairs is immaculate) than it did in 2023. I would suggest the property is either deep-cleaned and better aired/odor neutralized after every stay OR only advertised to dog owners. If you have dogs, it is a perfect place to stay with lots of good local walks to……

“Nicola"s communication was fantastic and attentive. The location is hard to beat, between the harbour and the Spa with sea views from two of the rooms. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. Both bedrooms as re an adequate size, and have sufficient storage even if stopping a week or more. Parking is available on street, however it is limited quite narrow, however there was plenty of parking a two minute walk away at Langdales Wharf Car Park, Bridlington”
