“A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. “The property is superb - spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable with extremely tasteful fixtures & fittings. Faye (the owner) was very professional pre-holiday, replying within minutes regarding a couple of queries. This point offered surety, when based against the 'fob-off', fake news merchants within todays society. We were 2 adults with our 2 young grand children, and pleasantly suprised with the amount of room internally, plus separate eating and relaxing area along the ample patio……

“has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together.”

“Apartment 4, Sir Nigel Gresley. Overall a good stay. Listed as first floor but was second floor. Four flights of stairs bit of a struggle for four over 60s with suitcases. Also en suite shower a definite no. High step and getting out no hand holds. Couldn't use it. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Sofas too low and only two chairs for the dining table. Central location. Probably wouldn't use again due to mobility issues.”

“We booked late, but this was not a problem. All arrangements and instruction promptly received from the host to allow easy access to the property which is situated just outside of Bridlington, making it easy to explore the East coast of Yorkshire.The cottage is one of 5 on the site, situated around a private courtyard. Very pretty and secluded.For the 3 of us and 2 dogs it was the perfect size. There is a sofabed in the kitchen area which allows the cottage to sleep 6, but think I'd only……

“Absolutely beautiful well laid out flat. Plenty of room for for 3 adults (one very elderly and not mobile). Everything inside is good quality and works! Christmas tree was lovely touch. The only downside ... no WI-FI!! which im sure we had specified on our search.”
