“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that……

“We stayed a few nights in this home with 2 adults and 2 teens for our Hoover ball tournament, which was perfect for that and 12 minutes from Hoover Met. We felt very safe here and it was so easy to get to, large yard, clean, and the directions for check in check out were easy to follow. It is an older home and very well decorated inside and well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there is a lot of room in this smaller home to spread out. We definitely recommend this……

“Property was perfect. Very clean, well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Manager was readily available for questions and responded right away. Neighborhood was quiet and all the houses there are well kept. Would definitely stay here again!”
