“We needed a place to stay in North Lincolnshire that was central to all the courses we intended to play. Beldon House was the perfect option. Easy to book and pay for. Friendly staff.The house was clean, spacious and everyone had their own room. Not only was it close to the golf courses, but walking distance from the town giving us the opportunity of going out in the evenings.Even before returning home, the group and I had started talking about returning to Beldon House for our 2026 golf tour……

Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. Several other apartments from the same company still available to book on the website so this was clearly lies, why list a property that isn’t for to stay in? “Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature. Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to. Close to the town centre and transport routes - approximate 5 min walk from……

“Never stay here. Was filthy looked like a crack house no communication at all. Had to find somewhere else last minute for 5 people as I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in this house! ”

“We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was……
