“Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. This year there were brand new kayaks to use and a new paddle board! The pontoon is incredibly easy to use and provides tons of fun out on the……

“I’m trying to find the right words but all I can think of was a perfect Adirondack experience with our family. I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance to answer any questions for our upcoming trip which I thought was really helpful. My teenage girls absolutely loved our trip, Especially catching fish right off the dock….This place is a gem. 10/10”

“Our families had a great time at the lake house! The dock boat and sandbar were amazing and the neighbors were very kind. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating! Thank you! The only room for improvement I would suggest is to place an AC unit upstairs as it was a bit hot. That’s it! Thanks again!”
