“We found that we needed to wear thongs in the bathroom. The taps were mouldy and green in colour. The surfaces throughout were sticky and the walls were marked with dirty spots. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The wardrobe door would not open, so I was unable to hang my clothes or reach the iron to press them. The overall standard of cleanliness was below standard and a health issue. The toilet roll holder was disgusting with built up greasy grim, and the toilet paper was only one ply.……

Key wasn't dropped in until 3:30pm after our phone call.. cleaner came into our apartment halfway through the stay one morning without any knock on the door. Would not recommend booking through Stayz again.”
