“Our keypad lock ran out of battery & we were locked out of our property with 3 children under the age of 7 at 8:00 at night. No one was able to get us into the cottage until after 9:15. No key is available- we were told we could call a locksmith( on our dollar ) . A cleaning lady and maintenance man came to try and help us. The maintenance man picked the lock- not very reassuring- and we were able to get in. The owner of the property did not seem too interested in our predicament. Since……
