Great Location!!
House was great! Little back patio and rooftop deck was awesome. Parking was super tight! 2+ vehicles could be a problem. The street name is not a "posted" street sign.... it's actually a dirt driveway that we missed twice. So a little tough to find and parking is tight, but once we got there - it was great!

Thankful, but not as advertised
My family evacuated from Hurricane Ian to this VRBO rental. I was very thankful to have a safe place to ride out the storm. However, upon walking into the unit, it was obvious that the a/c was broken as it was 87 degrees inside. The owner offered the studio unit next door which had its own a/c unit in the wall. We used that studio so we would sleep and cool down in shifts. We had no choice but to stay there. The owner offered a different place that was 45 minutes west which was closer to where the hurricane was forcast. I could not see moving during a Tornado warning that night or the next day. The owner did bring a fan over to help move the air. We toughed it out for 4 days.

The location is great. It is close to everything and easy to get anywhere in Boynton or Delray Beach. Also only a short drive to West Palm.

It was a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach. Only complaint - it would be nice to have a hose to rinse off sand outside so we could keep it clean inside.

Other than tight parking, this was everything we needed for our long weekend getaway! Communication with owner was above and beyond and I loved that she immediately sent restaraunt suggestions with check in!

Very tight driveway and dark at the entrance.
The interior of the property was very clean and basic. The lighting to the house number was lacking. We almost couldn't find the house due to the lack of lighting of the house number. The outside parking qas very tight so be sure to arrive in a midsized or smaller vehicle.

Quiet, peaceful walk to the beach.
My daughter and I had a really nice, last minute weekend getaway here. It was perfect for us! We enjoyed the walk to the beach several times, and the surf shop around the corner is a hidden jewel! The property owner was so accommodating! She even sent me my contact lenses after I inadvertently left them behind. So kind! I would definitely stay again. :)

Great location
Just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and the little convenience store is right next door and has everything you need. My only comment is parking is tight so I would not recommend anything bigger than a mid size SUV. Full size trucks are going to be tight. Julia was easy to work with and the rental was very clean.

The unit was nice, 2 separate living quarters 2B/2B and a 1B/1B. The 1B/1B was a little dated in the kitchen, area but feel Julia will be making more changes soon. They are new owners.

Convenient
The place was pretty clean except for coffee pot. Didnt leave a vacuum to clean rug. Parking was the worst. No blender and didn't have much in the way of cooking utensils. Not everyone eats out all the time. The bathrooms need more hooks to hang up swimsuits. If your going to list as a whole unit there really should be a door to get through to other unit on inside and no use for second kitchen. Was a place in single unit by window paint looked like coming off and bathroom had hole in ceiling where someone tried to put fan in but wasn't even right shape. It was ok for the price. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach.

The property is very clean, fresh and bright with plenty of space for the six of us. Parking is very tight but we had a large vehicle since there were six travelers. We had a hard time finding the location as the street sign was hard to see. The host is very personable and helpful.

We rented out the entire property and absolutely had a blast. Our group very much enjoyed walking to the beach and exploring the area. Gulf Stream is one of my favorites and never disappoints. The property was clean, air conditioning cool, and a perfect zen area out back. Nomads Surf Shop is one of the best around and just a stroll away and the market/deli has just about everything. I will definitely be back.

Perfect little Bungalow
This place is so close to the ocean and with such amazing attention to detail. My entire family really enjoyed our stay. We brought our beach cart and headed right down to the beach each morning, it was perfect. The house was perfectly clean and well designed. The owner has obviously thought through all of the details. Also, the convenience of Seaside Market within 50 yards is fantastic as well. They have almost anything you could need.
