“We were six adults visiting and wanted to be close to food/bars/shopping but not in the thick of things. This beach house was a great fit for us. The host, Gemma, was so kind, responsive, and helpful! The neighborhood was pretty quiet but only 10-15 minutes walk from bars and had some closer breakfast places mixed in the neighborhood.
