The fenced back yard is suitable for small dogs (outside only). The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, the first bedroom offering a Queen bed, the second with 2 X tri-bunks and one single bed and the third bed with a double bed and one set of single bunks.
The kitchen/dining/ living room is open plan with air conditioning and ceiling fans for guest comfort and the living area offers a TV, DVD and CD player. The neat and tidy kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, Espresso coffee maker and large fridge. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower and a separate toilet and the laundry offers a top loader washing machine and dryer. Plenty of off street parking.
