Handy location for a 1 x night stay with friendly staff in a quiet area. Unfortunately the complex is quite run down. We were offered a refurbished room with new carpets and paint, however the sofa lounge was old and dirty, the air-conditioners were old box ones that were noisy, the queen size bed sagged, and the new blind in the bedroom did not cover the entire window.

Room that I rented was nothing like the photos pictured. Hard concrete floors instead of carpet. Poorly lit room. No glass or window in bathroom just wooden slats. Shower leaks at the wall and sprays water out. Can’t take a hot shower for more than 10/15 minutes without the condensation building up so much in the bathroom that it drenches the walls/ floors and everything else in the room. Sounded like someone was doing renovations periodically throughout the 1 night and 1 day i was there. Out of a 3 night stay I was only there 1 night max and decided to stay elsewhere the remaining 2 nights. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

10 day stay for holiday. The cleaning crew were exceptional, was always lovely to return to our room after a long day out and about when service was requested :) Could not tune tv in bedroom, but know the staff would have fixed the problem if we had advised them of issue. Tennis court could do with some TLC...

The room was lovely and clean but could see lots of cracks from movement. It seemed to be a bit run down, no plug for the sink, as I was unable to climb into the bath for a shower. I felt that the place was very old and tired and needed some T.l.C.

Transport provided to local dining is very convenient. Have stayed here several times now, rooms and bathrooms are older but have always been clean and maintained. I like that the room is serviced daily over my multi day stays.

It was not a good experience. It was advertised as a 4 star accommodation but I would not rate it more than 2.5 stars. The whole unit we had needs to be refurbished. The stove was disgusting, dirty and the hot plates full of rust. Everything was old.

We were a bit disappointed. Being "hotel apartments" we expected an apartment with a kitchenette, etc. However there was nothing, not even a toaster and microwave that you get in most motels, only a kettle. There was no breakfast available during the weekend other than a breakfast pack available from reception, and with no utensils it made it difficult to prepare our own. On the plus side there was a laundry with a washer and dryer just outside the room entrance. The room was large and comfortable enough, although the bathroom was a bit dated and needs renovation, and the water went all over the floor when we had a shower. The room was serviced daily, which was good. It was also set up for people with mobility problems, which was helpful for my wife. Although close to a major motorway, the room was reasonably quiet and the surrounds were pleasant. It is just across the road from the Mt Ommaney shopping centre so easy to walk across to the shops, supermarkets, etc. to get things.

We’ve been to Mount Ommaney apartments previously but with this visit we saw multiple improvements. The gardens etc look well maintained. While there are ‘original’ aspects to the rooms, there are also updates. Look forward to our next visit.
