Good, convenient to the Brisbane CBD. Bathroom fans weren't working and there was a bit of a musty smell in the room, but otherwise good place to stay.

excellent staff, well trained and well presented.
the hotel looks and feels very high end.
pity the car park onsite is not large enough so we have to use the overflow car park. short walk, but still not as good as parking onsite.

The staff were incredible, willing to help and direct us as we were new to Brisbane. Awesome location to walk to shopping and to kangaroo cliffs and boardwalk. Will stay again.

Lovely, comfortable stay. Spacious room with great view. Some aspects of the room were a little tired looking. Excellent service and the buffet brekky was great. Always love going to the Stamford 😊

Beautiful old hotel. Very central and breakfast was great. Parking was difficult as the passes didn’t work so to exit we had to go to the front desk every time after we had tried to use the pass and expensive at $49 per day

Lovely location right next to the river and botanical gardens. Suite was clean but dated. Parking was a nightmare. Staff instructed us to park a block away. Luggage drop off and pick up was an issue.

I wanted to ask house keeping since they did not clean up my room while I am out. It was 9:30pm-ish and there was no one in the house keeping department. So I called reception to ask fresh towels. They asked me how many bottles of water I need and I answered three, if possible.
There was no conversation about charge of water, however, they withdrew 12.18 from my credit card without any notice. I was deeply disappointed by their one-sidedly billing without prior consensus. Of course I emailed them multiple times to get it refund but they ignored my inquiries.

All staff were lovely and provided great customer service. It has a nice relaxing feel and the lobby is a nice area to relax in.
The motel is an older style one, so the lighting in the bathrooms and bedrooms was lacking.and hard to to do makeup or read in the room. Cleaning could be improved in the bathroom...
