“We were excited for our visit to Stradbroke and our stay here. The listing for this stay states "Absolute Waterfront" while the property does have ocean frontage, this cabin is tucked away at the back of the property along the road. “On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
