“The property owners definitely put a lot of thought and effort into this little gem! The neighborhood is quiet, the owners didn't disturb us at all! Swans, geese, and a variety of birds to see and hear. If I could only pick one thing to say about this location, I would definitely have to mention that the property owners provide absolutely everything and anything you could possibly need! The only negative would be the size of the shower and toilet. I am a big guy so small spaces are hard for me……

“I brought my family from California to my annual Family Reunion (Irish descendants). We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. Air conditioning worked in every space and worked very well. We cooked and baked and found most every kitchen item we needed. (Brought a couple foil casserole pans, and used them). Lots of garbage bags, paper towels and TP. Grocery and gas about 5-7 minutes away. Waking up on the St. Joe River was spectacular. My only criticism is the home listing is……
