“We have a really stay at reef point. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with our 2 kids and it was a perfect amount of space. The kitchen had nice finishings, the hot tub was a huge plus and the master loft was great! Since we were with young children, the lack of doors was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a really lovely cottage and I hope to come back some day!”

Only issues we had were the beds were all extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows in the master were also too firm to sleep with comfortably so none of us slept well. The layout was great and we did really enjoy our stay overall and the property was well kept and very clean. Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It's a very private, very peaceful space, surrounded by nature. We loved soaking in the hot tub among the trees, and the friendly deer who visited. Indoors the cottage has lots of natural light and is well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. We really appreciated the welcome basket with fresh eggs from the chickens! The model railway experience is great fun and the Sound Spa was absolutely unique and a highlight of our visit. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in the Grand Cedar Lodge in Nanaimo. The location was beautiful with lot's of walking paths around and easy access to all the amenities we needed. The space was fairly well equipped with all that we needed for our short stay. The gas fireplace was wonderful to have for the chilly mornings. For those who prefer a softer mattress we did find the beds to be quite firm. ”
