“I booked this property based on the listing photos, which showed a clean, well-furnished space, but unfortunately, the reality was quite different. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the furniture was not the same as shown in the photos. What was pictured as modern and comfortable had been replaced with mismatched, worn-down pieces that made the space feel neglected. The lighting is not the same as the pictures, the bedroom closet doors were broken, and so was the garage door. The host……

“I had a family event in the area and needed a place for 8 people that was of better value than hotel rooms. This location was the perfect option.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was the perfect location and size for us while we were vendors at the Big E. The condo itself is large and spacious with comfortable beds, tvs in the living room and two bedrooms, a fully stocked bathroom with laundry, a beautiful kitchen with a fridge with ice maker and water capability. The entry is by code, which made it very convenient to access. Hana, the hostess was extremely attentive and helpful every step of the way. The drawbacks were……

“House was extremely clean. Fully stocked. Host was very helpful. Would stay again.”

“Pulled up at one in the morning. Trash everywhere, parking lot terrible. Windows open in winter, blinds broken in many apartments. Neighbor had both windows open and watching us. Emptied car cause did not want to leave anything in car. Bedroom doors all lock which is good in case someone breaks in. My son slept with one of the kitchen knives. Woke up at 12:30 and 4:30 in the morning from people screaming on Friday night. Road traffic and noise is loud. Better on Thursday night than Friday night.……

“First time in West Hartford. This was the perfect location between downtown and Farmington. Walkable to the wonderful Center and it’s many restaurants. Sparkling clean. Highly recommend. ”
