In the warmer months, you can step outside and enjoy al-fresco dining in the private and peaceful patio area.

Broadstairs is a charming coastal town in Kent,known for its beautiful sandy beaches and Victorian architecture. From leisurely beach days to exploring cultural and historical landmarks, Broadstairs offers a diverse range of experiences for all to enjoy.
Broadstairs is widely known for its stunning beaches and boasts several sandy shores that are all individually wonderful.
Viking Bay is the main beach and the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking. It also gained the Seaside Award 2023 which celebrates the best beaches in England. Viking Bay was also the holiday destination of choice for Charles Dickens and he even wrote a piece on the town itself named ‘Our English Watering Place’.
There are other beaches such as Stone Bay and Joss Bay which are both as beautiful, yet offer a quieter atmosphere for a more relaxed seaside experience.
Broadstairs offers opportunities for outdoor activities such as coastal walks along the cliffs, water sports and golf. The town is also part of the Viking Coastal Trail, a 32-mile walking and cycling route that explores the area’s scenic coastline.
Getting Around:
Broadstairs is a fantastic base for exploring the South East of England as you’ll find direct rail routes to Ramsgate, Margate, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Rainham, Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Strood, Gravesend, Ebbsfleet and London.
Various bus routes can be found in Broadstairs. The 8A travels to Canterbury, the 45 runs to Sandwich, and the 946 will take you to Margate.
All of London’s airports are easily accessible from Broadstairs via rail and road, making the town accessible to travellers from across the globe.
